2004 Genuine Draft

The BDFL will kick-off its 10th year on Saturday, August 21st at 5:00pm at the home of the Magic City Mayors at Old Weatherly in Pelham. All players will be placed in the pool for selection. Those attending the BDFL Genuine Draft will draw for the first round order with the no-shows following at the Commissioner's discretion. If you cannot attend the draft, please make arrangements to have a representative there to draft for you. The RICKA (Replace Injured, Cut, Kicked-Off, or Arrested) Rule will be in place prior to the first NFL game on September 9th to take care of any unfortunate circumstances.

Former Bama star Shaun Alexander looks be the sentimental first pick in the 2004 BDFL Genuine Draft. 

Cheetahs attempt to repeat starting with the Genuine Draft on August 21st at 5pm

GREEN SPRINGS - After last year's Big Daddy Bowl vict'ry, Cheetah head Coach, Mike Price, parlayed the 2003 BDFL Championship into a job on the sunny Texas border. If the Cheetahs are to reach the BDFL's highest table top this season it will have to be under new leadership from a living legend when Broadway Joe "I Want To Kiss You" Namath takes over the reins. Namath and Cheetahs could be the perfect combination for another title to come Riverchase's way.
