2005 Sup Draft has begun
FOXBORO - The 2005 BDFL Supplemental Draft was successful. It was the league's first electronic draft and if you think the annual Genuine Draft is long and drawn out, you haven't seen anything yet. The draft took two whole days but the teams in need got at least two new players and the Commissioner, Iron Hand, was more than gracious with other late additions. Cheetahs get down with East Tennessee's finest corn liquor
RIVERCHASE - Van Halen said it the best in the 70s, Neal did it the best in the 80s, it stopped in the 90s and the Cheetahs are the best in the 00s...that's "Dancin' the Night Away". The Cheetahs have always know how to get down, but when you mix in East Tennessee's finest corn liquor, you get more than what you bargained for. This vict'ry dance had the home fans yelling for more and it had the Bootleggers squealing like Ned Beatty. Look for the Cheetahs to keep the beat going down the backstretch of the season.
